The information captured on this website is transferred to Microsoft, because we use the service Azure Online Services for hosting this website and for the functionality purpose described above.
In order to comply with legal obligations, to protect the rights, property or safety of Pharmacosmos, its employees and others, or in the event we sell or liquidate any part of our business or assets, the captured information may be shared with Pharmacosmos Group entities. In the event that any such sharing is done, this will be executed in a manner compliant with applicable Data Protection legislation.
Pharmacosmos contracts the services of Google LLC and Microsoft and they will have access to and process your personal data. If such third-party services providers process your personal data outside of the EU/EEA, such transfer of personal data will be subject to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. The transfer of data between Pharmacosmos Group entities will be based on Binding Corporate Rules.
